The victim, in her FIR, has alleged that the accused CEO, identified as Ashok Agarwal, used send obscene and inappropriate text messages to her and tried to sexually harass her, they said.
The girl also showed e-mails and messages to the police and alleged that Agarwal also threatened her of dire consequence, if she approached the police, they said.
The matter was brought to the notice of police yesterday following which an FIR was registered against him under sections 354 D (stalking) and 506 (criminal intimidation) at Hazratganj police station, police said.
