Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Jai Ram Thakur today said officials should be vigilant in areas bordering Punjab and Haryana.
Replying to a question asked by Congress MLA Naina Devi in the state assembly here, under call attention motion, Thakur said, "Himachal Pradesh is a peaceful state and criminals, including murderers, rapists, robbers and drug peddlers, may want to take refuge here after committing crimes in neighbouring states."
