The operation 'Radd-ul-Fasaad', which roughly translates to 'elimination of discord', was carried out by Frontier Corps upon receiving a tip-off about the presence of different kinds of explosives and ammunition in the mountains of Gat Agra area in Bajaur agency.
Seven kilogrammes explosives, eight hand grenades, 144 rounds of submachine gun, eight remote control bombs, two improvised explosive devices, one Anti-Personal Mine (APM), 38 meters safety fuse cable, three dry batteries, one silencer of short machine gun and one pistol along with several rounds among others were recovered, officials said.
