The Oregonian reports (http://bit.Ly/1ejLL3X ) that the German-based leisure airline issued a statement saying the flight to Frankfurt was delayed Tuesday night until Wednesday.
The flight was rescheduled to take off at 11:45 a.M. Wednesday, but an airport official says the flight didn't depart until after 3:30 p.M.
Condor apologized for not providing hotel accommodations for the passengers, but said they were provided with pillows and blankets.
PDX provided the stranded passengers with food vouchers and toiletry kits.
