Its net profit in 2014-15 stood at Rs 73.03 crore.
"Consolidated revenue for 2015-16 was lower at Rs 190.76 crore compared to Rs 208.68 crore in 2014-15", it said in a regulatory filing.
The company also declared a dividend of 60 per cent for the year. IL&FS Investment Managers is the only listed private equity firm in the country.
Also, the consolidated earnings per share was at Rs 1.79 for 2015-16, it said.
