The Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) is repeating its member exporters participation at the 27th International IT, Telecom & amp; Technology Exhibition COMEX Business 2017 scheduled to take place on March 28-30 in Muscat.
The ESC, India's apex electronics and IT trade promotion organisation, has been facilitating Indian information and communications technology (ICT) exporters participation regularly at COMEX to enhance IT trade cooperation between India and the burgeoning Oman market.
Since COMEX, a designated contract market, attracts business acumen not only from Oman but also from all the Middle East and North African countries along with Asian and European countries, this eventually provides good platform and opportunity to interact and strike meaningful business ventures, Kamal Vachani, Regional Director, ESC, Middle East, said.
Middle East region is one of the fastest growing ICT markets in the world. High growth prevails across all segments, and the market is driven by economic diversification and various e-government initiatives including finance, communications, and manufacturing.
A number of Indian companies therefore find Oman an ideal location for enhancing their businesses, said DK Sareen, Executive Director, ESC.
The exhibition is endorsed by Information Technology Authority of Oman, (ITA) Telecommunication Regulatory Authority of Oman and UFI (Global Association of the Exhibition Organisers).
