Indian national arrested for raping minor in Nepal
Police in Nepal have arrested an Indian youth for allegedly raping a seven-year-old girl in Palpa district.
The accused has been identified as Kausar Alam, 22, of Bettiah in Bihar, who was working as a daily wager in Rampur town, according to the Himalayan Times.
Alam was absconding after committing the crime on Thursday evening. He was arrested the same night, police official Bhoj Raj Pandey said.
