Indira Gandhi PG Centre to get Univ status

Haryana government has given approval to award University status to Indira Gandhi PG Centre in Rewari district and will soon bring an ordinance in this regard.
Finance Department has given its approval and Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda had ordered to issue an ordinance in this regard, state Power Minister Ajay Singh Yadav said here today.
He said that approval for the same would be given in next Cabinet meeting.
It may be recalled that Hooda had recently announced in a public meeting at Rewari that University status would be given to the PG Centre.
