Two goons entered the ICU at the AIIMS Trauma Centre on Sunday and threatened Sahab Singh, a BRPL official, who along with his three colleagues were assaulted by a Lajpat Nagar resident Subhash Saluja and his accomplices on Thursday.
"They asked him to take Rs 50,000 and compromise, else, they threatened him of dire consequence. A complaint for the same has also been registered," a BSES Spokesperson said.
Saluja reached home at around 1.30 pm. He asked BRPL' team to reconnect the electricity supply (which they did) and invited them inside the house on the pretext of paying the pending dues. He then locked the drawing room from inside and mercilessly beat-up the BRPL officials, police said
An FIR was registered at the Lajpat Nagar Police station.
