IOC continues unbeaten run in Murugappa All-India Hockey

Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) continued their invincible run with a 2-1 victory over Mumbai Hockey in a pool A match of the 89th MCC-Murugappa All-India Hockey Tournament here today.
Former India players Deepak Thakur (5th minute) and Didar Singh (29th) were the scorers for IOCL, while Victo Singh (26th) sounded the board for Mumbai Hockey.
In another match, Amit Rohit Das scored a penalty corner in the 70th minute to help Indian Railways earn a 3-3 draw against SAIL in pool B.
R A Sandeep (3rd), Bheem Yadav (51st) and Francis Toppo (68th) were the scorers for SAIL, while Sanjay Bir (8th), Niaz (44th) and Amit Rohit Das (70+) scored for Railways.
