IT department raids premises of Cong leader Udai Lal Anjana

Income tax department has conducted raids at eight premises of firms belonging to Congress leader and former MP Udai Lal Anjana, a senior official said today.
The raids, launched on Friday and concluded last night, were carried out at various premises, including those in Nimbahera, Choti Sadri, Jaipur, Udaipur and Beawar, said the official.
"The department has seized unaccounted cash and documents related to tax evasion," the official claimed, adding that the documents are being scrutinised.
