Parents of the girls also alleged principal Vijay Kumar Sharma was also putting pressure on them to withdraw their complaint.
Sharma, however, has denied any such allegation, terming it a move to tarnish his image. He said he was ready to face any inquiry by the district administration.
Police said they are probing the matter and an FIR will be lodged against the principal if he is found guilty.
