Franco and Hudson will lead the cast for the forthcoming thriller, which centres on an American couple living in London, who are in severe debt and steal 200,000 pounds from their dead neighbour, resulting in a chain of unfortunate events.
The film will be directed by Henrik Genz based on a script from Kelly Masterson, Paul Grellong and Christina Hodson.
"Good People" will begin filming in May.
