Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett Smith, Regina Hall and Tiffany Haddish will also be presenting awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on June 25, reported Entertainment Tonight.
The news comes after it was recently announced that Leslie Jones will host the ceremony.
"Lemonade" hitmaker Beyonce has been nominated for seven awards, with Bruno Mars following with five.
Beyonce's sister Solange has been nominated for four awards and will go head-to-head against her sister for the Best Female R&B/Pop Artist.
