The All India Jat Aarakshan Action Committee said it would join and support the agitation of Jat Khaps in this regard.
A decision to this effect was taken by the executive committee, which met here today under the chairmanship of Yashpal Malik, National President, All India Jat Aarakshan Committee.
"Jats would block railway traffic at Mayar village in Hisar district on Hisar-Bhiwani-Delhi rail line on March 1 and within a week the stir would be launched in other parts of the country," Malik said.
On March 6, Khaps and Action Committee would organise 'Balidan Divas' at Mayar village and hold a rally to demand cancellation of all police cases registered against Jat leaders during quota stir.
Earlier, the Jat Khap panchayat in its meeting in Jind had decided to block rail traffic at Narwana, Mayyar, Bawal and Siwani if the Centre did not take steps to grant reservation to Jats by tomorrow.
The meeting here was addressed by Jat leaders Ram Bhagat Malik, Dharam Pal Dhariwal and Mahinder Singh Punia, among others, who assailed the state and union governments for the delay in giving reservation to Jats.
