"(These) dropout people will be given training at panchayat level. This will (help them) get employment," Chief Minister Raghubar Das said while addressing the 70th Azadi Yaad Karo Kurbani Tiranaga Yatra here.
Das said the yatra was aimed at paying tributes to the martyrs.
"This yatra would reach every citizen in the country. The martyrs whose names could not be included in the pages of history will be remembered," he said.
Alleging that efforts were being made "to disrupt social harmony", Das appealed to the people to "be united" and work for the development of the state and India.
"One has to keep in mind that one is working as Jharkhandvasi and Bharatvasi, paving the way for development of both the state and the country," he added.
