The film has been directed by Navaniat Singh.
"See you on the 22nd October 2015," Sheirgill posted on twitter alongside the poster of the film, which features a blood and mud-stained shirt hung up on two wooden sticks.
The 44-year-old actor has starred in several Punjabi films like "Mel Karade Rabba", "Aa Gaye Munde UK De" and "Dharti".
Sheirgill is currently starring in Aanand L Rai's "Tanu Weds Manu Reurns".
