According to the police, the incident took place today following which the girl approached them and filed an FIR at Vasant Kunj (North) police station.
"The girl has alleged that her classmate forcibly held her hand inside the library when she had gone there to study," said a police officer, quoting the victim's complaint.
The girl also alleged that even though she reported the matter to the librarian, he asked her to sort it out herself.
The incident comes close on the heels of another incident where a PHD student of the university was allegedly raped by her fellow student on the pretext of marriage.
