Appreciating efforts of the Delhi Chief Electoral Officer's office under NERPAP, Jung said that the exercise will go a long way in achieving a "healthy" electoral roll and appealed to people to participate in the programme.
Delhi Chief Electoral Officer Chander Bhushan Kumar, who was present on the occasion at Jung's official residence, said "till now over 26 lakh voters in Delhi have linked their Aadhar number with their electoral data."
Voters can link their Aadhar number directly on the National Voters Service Portal - www.Nvsp.In. They can also send SMS to 51969 or dial toll free number 1950 for the purpose. Electors can make corrections when officials are on a door-to-door survey.
