The pop superstar has not released any music since his 2013 album The 20/20 Experience, choosing to take some time off to enjoy life with his wife Jessica Biel and their 12-month-old son Silas.
However, the 35-year-old singer delighted fans with a hugely catchy summer track, which features on the soundtrack of upcoming animated movie "Trolls".
He debuted the video for the song too, for which he enlisted the help of some of the stars of "Trolls" including Gwen Stefani, James Corden, Anna Kendrick, Kunal Nayyar and Ron Funches. Timberlake also voices a character in the animated film.
