Granting permission to legislator Dhulu Mahto, Sub-Judicial Magistrate Sri Subhas asked Dhanbad deputy commissioner, superintendent of police and jail superintendent to ensure Mahto's presence in the House by 10:30 am.
Mahto is facing charges for forcibly taking away an accused from police custody.
According to the FIR filed against Mahto and his supporters, they had allegedly attacked a police party and forcibly taken away an accused, Rajesh Gupta from Nishitpur, about 15 kms from Dhanbad on May 12.
