"The Kashmir dispute is the main hurdle between the two countries which is coming in the way of improving their ties. The Kashmir issue should be resolved in a time bound manner," Hurriyat Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said after Friday prayers at Jamia Masjid here.
He said without inducting genuine Kashmiri leadership in the talks, the process would become meaningless.
He also suggested that both the countries should give shape and direction to their ongoing negotiations to make them meaningful and result-oriented.
