The "Dawson's Creek" alum, 36, looks fresh-faced and youthful in the photograph which was taken in 1995, more than a decade before she married Tom Cruise and became mother to her daughter Suri.
Holmes, who was around 17 years old in the photo, captioned the sweet snap, "#TBT my sisters and me 1995 #familylove #sisterlove #ohio."
The mother-of-one has spoken in the past about how close she is to her family, and revealed that she shares an almost spooky link with her three older sisters, Holly, Nancy, and Tamera.
