Kejriwal is scheduled to address the function "Empowering Citizens through Efficient Public Distribution System" in Patna in the morning and will then join his Bihar counterpart Nitish Kumar for lunch in the afternoon.
The AAP convener is also scheduled to visit Bodh Gaya later in the day.
Kejriwal had invited the Kumar in an official function in Delhi last week, where both had lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ahead of state polls.
Kumar is fighting a tough battle in Bihar where is battling a resurgent BJP led by Modi while Kejriwal is at odds with the Centre over several turf wars.
