Visiting Kerala for the first time after becoming the Vice President, Naidu said he always enjoyed the beauty of the southern state and used to visit in his individual capacity to enjoy it.
"I always enjoy Kerala. Because Kerala is a beautiful state with beautiful people. But for becoming vice president, I would have loved to stay back for some more days and enjoy the beauty of Kerala," he said.
Naidu said even when he was a minister he used to "quietly come for vacation along with my children and grand children" to savour the beauty of nature given to the state.
In a lighter vein, the Vice President also said he was very happy to inaugurate the conference on fisheries being held in Kochi as he liked the state and also the fish.
