The opening day of the session will be addressed by Finance Minister K M Mani with the presentation of the state budget for the year 2013-14.
The general debate on the budget proposals would be taken up on March 18, 19 and 20 and discussion and voting on the budget would be on March 21, an official release here said.
The Assembly will also have sittings on March 22, 25, 26 and from April 1 to 5 and from April 8 to 10, the release said.
