Kerala CM condoles Deshmukh's death

In a message, Chandy said Deshmukh had made great contribution to the growth of Congress party in Maharashtra with his organisational skills and he was a good administrator.

Expressing grief at the death of Deshmukh, Chandy offered condolences to the bereaved family.
