Khattar lays foundation stone of over Rs 12 crore projects

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today laid the foundation stone for development projects of over Rs 12.70 crore in village Nimbwala here on the adjoining border of Himachal Pradesh.
He said that a survey was also being carried out to construct dams in Shivalik area so that water could be utilised for irrigation and drinking purposes.
Addressing the gathering on this occasion, the CM said that these three projects are construction of H L bridge over Roon river on Badyal to Nimbwala road in district Panchkula at a cost of Rs 8.23 crore, construction of path from village Samloha to Jia in Morni at with Rs 3.60 crore and providing path to Samloha Devi Mandir in Morni at a cost of Rs 87.84 lakh.
He said that all possible efforts would be made for development of this area in Shivalik hills.
There would be no dearth of funds for development purposes, he said.
The Chief Minister also announced road from Dharampur Kalka to Kanguwala at a cost of Rs 4.22 crore, repair of road from Badisher to Thapli with Rs 4.25 crore.
He also announced to give Rs 10 crore for developmental works of Kalka Assembly.
Out of this Rs 5.32 crore would be Morni area and remaining funds would be spent for development of Kalka assembly villages.
He also announced to start a bus service between Naraingarh to Saraha.
