"We have achieved market share of 10 per cent with 1 million people downloading our app. The current volumes of people playing card games on online platform stands at Rs 600 crore a year and we hope that with the virtual game of cricket to be launched soon, our revenues may cross Rs 1,000 crore in the next two-year period," Khelplay director P K Jain said.
Khelplay is actively working on building fantasy games business in the near future. With this, Khelplay would emerge as a complete gaming company offering a wide variety of games in the industry, Jain said.
The company said earlier 75 per cent of the players used laptops and 25 per cent mobile phones. But now the ratio has exactly reversed to 75 per cent playing on mobiles and 25 per cent on laptops.
Online entertainment platform Eros Now today said it has collaborated with Dharma Productions for a content aggregation deal.
Eros Now has secured the licensing rights to two of Dharma Productions' latest releases, 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' and 'Ok Jaanu' along with 11 catalogue films, including 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham', 'Kal Ho Na Ho', 'Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna' and 'Duplicate'.
The digital platform has acquired the global digital distribution rights for these films for all territories outside of India on a non-exclusive basis.
"We are happy to align with our long-standing associates and one of the most notable production companies in India and we are looking forward to showcasing these evergreen bestsellers," Eros Digital Chief Executive Officer Rishika Lulla Singh said.
Consumer electronics retailer Croma has tied up with Sweden-based air purifying technology giant Blueair for a shop -in-shop experience across 25 stores in India.
Under the tie-up, Blueair products will be retailed across 25 Croma stores in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Bengaluru.
The collaboration is a strategic move to bring the best air-purifying technologies to India through Croma's expansive retail network.

Yash Papers today said it has invested Rs 60 crore in setting up its new biodegradable plant, which has a state of the art facility that includes a production innovation centre.
The company closed the financial year 2016-2017 with consolidated revenue of Rs 183 crore and is aiming to receive at least 50 per cent of their topline from the new bio- degradable segment in the next three years.
