Organisation (KLO) militant was apprehended by police in Assam's Dhubri district today.
Acting on a tip-off, the police netted the militant from Pokalagi-Part IV village under Golokgunj police station of the district, police said.
The militant has been identified as Indrajit Roy.
KLO, which is said to have close linkages with ULFA, is fighting for a separate state comprising Cooch Behar, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, North and South Dinajpur and Malda districts of West Bengal, and four contiguous districts of Assam - Kokrajhar, Bongaigaon, Dhubri and Goalpara.
