The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Niraj Kumar Srivastav, extended the judicial remand of Kohli and his mother.
They were taken in judicial custody on August 28 after their arrest on August 26 in Delhi following an FIR filed by Shahdeo accusing them of deceit, torture and exploitation among other allegations.
The police had earlier raided his residences at three locations and seized court-related files, 36 sim cards, 15 mobile phones, marriage CD and other things.
The names of three judges of different districts also figured during the course of interrogation and the police got permission from the court to question them, according to police sources.
