Konkan railway unreserved tickets can be booked in advnce

The three-day advance booking facility for unreserved tickets which is already available on the Indian Railway system is to be offered on the Konkan Railway Corporation also from September 26, an official release here said.
Passengers could purchase train tickets three days in advance for journeys over a distance of 200 km, the release said.
Such tickets would be available at all stations on Konkan network and also at Jansadharan Ticket Booking Seva counters. For journeys less than 200 km tickets would have to be bought on the day of journey itself, as per the existing rules, it said.
