The two arrested are the girl's brother-in-law (25) and a 24-year-old tractor driver, Ganjam district Superintendent of Police Narsingh Bhol said.
The 17-year-old was gangraped and killed on August 21.
"We have already identified the third accused, who is absconding since the incident. He will be nabbed very soon," the SP said.
The girl's brother-in-law was the main accused in the case and he named the others in the crime during interrogation, Bhol said, adding that a polygraph test of four others was done but its result is still awaited.
They, however, managed to catch her on her way back home from the field on the fateful day following which they allegedly gangraped and strangulated her to death, police said.
The family members of the victim found her body covered with leaves and branches after an intensive search during the night and informed the police.
