Kylie, who turned 18 last month has been making a lot headlines which Kris approves of, reported Us magazine.
"She's definitely coming into her own, she was 18 recently and moved into her own house so she's got a lot on her plate, a lot of responsibility and she's handling it really well," said the mother of six.
Earlier this year Kylie purchased a USD 2.7 million mansion in the same community where sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian also live.
She also went all-out with boyfriend Tyga indulging into PDA during her birthday vacation in Mexico.
