 "L&T Infra Debt Fund to raise Rs 300 crore by issuing bonds")
L&T Infra Debt Fund on Friday said it will raise Rs 300 crore by issuing non-convertible bonds.
The company "intends to issue secured, redeemable, non-convertible bonds amounting to Rs 300 crore on private placement basis", it said in a BSE filing.
The to be issued bonds will have a face value of Rs 25 lakh each, it said.
L&T Infra Debt Fund is an infrastructure debt fund and regulated by the RBI.
The company has a share capital of Rs 304 crore ($46 million), according to the information on its website.
L&T Infra Finance holds 48.4% in the equity capital of L&T Infra Debt Fund Ltd.
