According to a police report, Jimmy Green allegedly tried to return a cellphone but the store owner refused to take it back, reported TMZ.
He then became enraged, threw the phone at the wall and said, "I'm going to break the store and kill (you)."
He was then charged for disorderly conduct and threat. However, he didn't appear for a court hearing and, therefore, the warrant was issued.
"We're looking into the matter and are obviously concerned about these allegations," Voorhies' spokesperson said.
