Lea Michele joins Daveed Diggs comedy
Hamilton star Daveed Diggs is executive producing the project, which will feature Brandon Micheal Hall as an outspoken rapper who, as a publicity stunt, runs for office, gets elected, and finds that he actually has a knack for the job, reported Entertainment Weekly.
However, details about Michele's character is still under wraps.
Jeremy Bronson is writing the script and will executive produce alongside Diggs, Jamie Tarses, Scott Stuber and James Griffiths. Griffiths will direct the pilot.
