The 33-year-old "Mirror" hitmaker shared that he is no more feeling excited and positive in life.
"I am now defenseless and mentally defeated and I leave gracefully and thankful I love my fans but I'm done," he wrote.
After his tweet, the micro-blogging site flooded with the posts from Wayne's fans, who asked him to stay affirmative.
Popular Rappers like Lil B and Chancelor Bennett (Chance the Rapper) also took to Twitter to show their concern for Wayne.
"Real talk! I'm going to be hell mad if lil wayne stop rapping we love you and need you out here @liltunechi @mackmaine I don't believe the hype," Lil B tweeted.
Wayne later confirmed in his tweets that he is fine and not asking for sympathy.
"Ain't looking for sympathy, just serenity. I'm good y'all don't trip.
