The 26-year-old British actress said it is not something she ever thought she would need to address during the film's press tour, reported the Huffington Post.
"Did you think that it was going to cause this much of a to-do? Of course not. On one hand, it's upsetting. On the other hand, it's just boring.
"Why do women always get pointed at for their bodies? And why is this whole thing happening that I'm constantly having to justify myself? International Women's Day has just gone, and it just feels just a bit sad that it's still happening. And, you know, I'm very healthy and I always have been," she said.
"It goes in at the waist and the skirt is big and full so that it accentuates the shape. I felt like a princess wearing it. Corsets are always hard to wear-they just are. That's what they are," she added.
