While Shashikala will be given Raj Kapoor Life Time contribution award, Balan will receive the Raj Kapoor Special Contribution award, Cultural affairs minister Vinod Tawde told reporters at Mantralaya.
The V Shantaram Life Time Achievement Award will be given to veteran cinematographer Suryakant Lavande and the V Shantaram special contribution award will go to actress Sonali Kulkarni, the minister said.
Each life time award carries a citation, a trophy and a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh. Each special contribution award carries a citation, a trophy and a cash prize of Rs 3 lakh, Tawde said.
