Major administrative reshuffle in Himachal Pradesh

Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Ajay Mittal, who was also the principal secretary to former Chief Minister P K Dhumal, has been posted as ACS and Principal Secretary Labour and Employment.

Vineet Chawdhry, Principal Secretary (IPH) has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary (Cooperation), relieving Sanjay Gupta of additional charge while Ajai Bhandari, Secretary (Sainik Welfare), who is also holding additional charge of the post of Managing Director, HP State Industrial Development Corporation, Shimla, as Managing Director, HP State Industrial Development Corporation, Shimla.

Arun Sharma, earlier the Principal Private Secretary to Dhumal has been given the charge of Director, Revenue Training Institute, Jogindernagar.

P Mitra, ACS-cum-Financial Commissioner, Revenue, has been given additional charge of Urban Development, Town and Country Planning, Housing and Fisheries.

A R Sihag, Principal Secretary, Urban Development, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Rural Development and Agriculture.

P C Dhiman, Principal Secretary, IT, Social Justice, has been given the additional charge of Transport.

Bharat Harbanslal Khera, Secretary (SAD, GAD and Parliamentary Affairs), holding additional charge of Divisional Commissioner, Shimla, shall also hold additional charge of Secretary (Sainik Welfare).

Rajender Singh, presently awaiting posting has been posted as Resident Commissioner, Pangi at Killar while Madhu Bala Sharma, Director, Women and Child Development shall also hold additional charge of Director, SC, OBC and Minorities Affairs.

Abhishek Jain, Director, SC, OBC and Minorities Affairs, holding additional charge of Special Secretary (Revenue-Disaster Management Cell) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Una replacing Kadam Sandeep Vasant.

Vasant goes as Deputy Commissioner, Chamba while Sunil Kumar Chaudhary, Deputy Commissioner, Chamba would be Managing Director, HP Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation, Kangra, relieving Hans Raj Chauhan of additional charge.

R D Dhiman, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, HPSEB, will also hold the additional charge of Managing Director, HP Power Transmission Corporation, relieving Jagdish Chander Sharma, who has been posted as Managing Director, HPMC, with the additional charge of HP Agro Industries Corporation. MORE
