Chief Information Commissioner Khursheed Ahmad Ganai issued the notification after it came to the notice of the commission that a large number of public authorities in the state have not made suo moto disclosure of information under section 4 of the RTI Act 2009.
CIC asked public authorities to take necessary steps so as to conform to all the provisions of relevant section.
He also recommended that action in this regard be taken and completed by or before June 30, 2017 to achieve conformity.
