Man accused of biting villagers, dies

A mentally derailed man, who had allegedly bitten half a dozen people, died after he tripped over bricks at a kiln in Ibrahimpura area here, police said today.
He succumbed to injuries at a district hospital last night after being admitted on Thursday, they said.
Acting on a complaint that a man had bitten and injured half a dozen people, police reached the area to apprehend him.
However, in an attempt to escape, the man fell on the bricks at the kiln and injured himself, police said, adding he was then rushed to the hospital.
