The woman was abducted by Kalyan from Konchi village in Sakeet police station area of the district on June 8 eight last year, police said.
However, police refused to register a case, following which the woman's family moved the court.
On the direction of the court, police registered a case yesterday. The accused is still at large, a police officer said.
