Man shot at in Neb Sarai

A 27-year-old man was allegedly shot at by some unidentified men in south Delhi's Neb Sarai area over a parking row, police said today.
Sagar Malhotra was returning home yesterday after watching the India vs New Zealand ODI at a relative's place when the incident occurred. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, police said.
Malhotra's brother informed the police about the incident after which a team rushed to the spot and questioned the locals. His family alleged that he had a fight over parking of his vehicle with someone and that could have been the reason he was shot.

"They did not hear the gunshot but just saw Malhotra collapse. His family is also being questioned about any previous enmities," said a senior police officer.
Malhotra's statement was recorded yesterday, the officer said.
A case has bern registered and police is scanning the CCTV footage from the area, the officer added.
