A man, who was absconding after killing a person in Punjabi Bagh area earlier this month, was arrested by the special Cell of Delhi Police, officials said on Monday.
The accused, Arif alias Ikram, is a resident of Sultanpuri, they said.
According to police, Arif was wanted in a case of murder earlier this July wherein he had attacked one Raees and his brother Salim, who was driving the car.
Salim had succumbed to gunshot injuries, they said.
The killing was a result of an ongoing tussle between Arif and Raees, a resident of outer Delhi's Nangloi, a senior police officer said.
Arif is previously found to be involved in 35 cases, including that of murder, extortion, robbery and motor vehicle thefts, the police said.
