Man, woman found dead near Mamallapuram sea

: The bodies of a a young man and woman were found at nearby Mamallapuram and police suspect that he murdered her and committed suicide later.
The duo were identified as Mathews and Jennifer, both in their early twenties.
While the man was found hanging from a tree, the woman was found dead with severe injuries near Tiger Cave, a tourist spot off Mamallapuram beach.
A bag, a hammer and a motorbike were found on the spot, police said, adding they suspected that the man had attacked the woman grievously causing her death and later ended his life.
A case has been registered and a probe is on, they said.
