Manipur CM received draft bill on ILP system in the state

Manipur Chief Minister Ibobi Singh today said in a press conference that the eagerly awaited draft bill for implementation Inner Line Permit (ILP) system in the state to protect the indigenous people was submitted by the Bill Drafting Committee to him.
Singh said the cabinet would discuss the draft for in two or three days and he would meet the Governor to fix a date for a special Assembly session to discuss the bill very soon.
