Mayawati must take lessons from Modi's sacrifices: Sharma

Taking a swipe at Mayawati for her outbursts against the Centre's demonetisation decision, Union minister Mahesh Sharma today said the BSP supremo should take lessons from the sacrifices made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"BSP founder Kanshi Ram had entrusted Mayawati with the onerous task of ensuring the welfare of Dalits. But, she has become 'daulat ki beti' (daughter of wealth)," he said on the sidelines of a function here.
The Union Minister of State for Tourism and Culture said Mayawati often says she has no kin and in that case, she should clarify as to for whom was she amassing so much of wealth.

"She should take lessons from Modi who has sacrificed everything for the sake of the country," Sharma said.
