The 37-year-old Spice Girl singer, who has a series of small-screen experiences be it judging the Australian version of 'The X Factor' or hosting 'Dancing With the Stars', will replace Sharon Osbourne as a judge on the show, said the Hollywood Reporter.
Osbourne, 60, had announced her departure from the talent show in August, claiming that NBC fired her son Jack from its competition entry 'Stars Earn Stripes' after he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
'America's Got Talent' had also suffered during summer 2012. Season eight of the singing reality show will premiere from May 28.
